The Alabama State soccer team will travel to face in-state rival and Eastern division foe Alabama A&M Friday, October 25 at the Bulldog Field. The match is slated for 1 p.m.
"It's our last conference game, so we want to go out and win so we can go in to the conference tournament undefeated." Head Coach
Jodie Smith said. "I think we've played good towards the end of the season and hopefully, we will now continue to build momentum from that success."
The Lady Hornets (11-6) completed their non-conference schedule on a rather high note for the first time in the history of the program by finishing 5-6. ASU set a record with most wins in a season and most non-conference wins. The Lady Hornets also have been undefeated against conference opponents.
The Lady Bulldogs enters Friday's contest 2-12-3 on the season.
This will complete the Lady Hornets regular season as they start to prepare for the SWAC conference tournament
November 7-10 in Houston, Texas at the Houston Amateur Sports Park.
