“Tough match against an experienced veteran team today,” Head Coach

The men's team was defeated by FAMU in each doubles matchup. In singles competition, the Hornets lost each matchup as well except
Julian Cseszko. He picked up a win by default in the number six spot.
The Lady Hornets took one doubles victory over the Lady Rattlers and a singles point.
Pauline Denis and
Melissa Telfer won their matchup over FAMU's number one double team (8-2).
In singles competition, the Lady Hornets dropped five of their six matchups. Telfer won (6-2, 6-3) at the number three spot for ASU.
“The women played extremely well today,” said Christiansz. “We still have a long way to go, but I'm very proud of the ladies and their efforts today against a strong team like FAMU.”
