Meanwhile, on the men's side, Alabama State (1-6) also defeated Tennessee State, 5-2, to pick up their first win of the season. In that contest, the team of

Alabama State fell to Jacksonville last year, 4-0, on the final day of the ASU Invitational. The team of

The Hornets also host Alabama A&M this weekend, which would have been the second meeting this season, however the first match was canceled due to weather this past weekend in Huntsville.
The match on Saturday begins at 11 am, while the match Sunday begins at 10 am and admission is free to all home tennis matches.
