MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State ends a three-game homestand when they face Alabama A&M Saturday afternoon at the Dunn-Oliver Acadome.
Tip is set for 4:30 pm and the game will be carried by the Hornet Sports Network.
The two teams met back on January 16, with Alabama A&M winning 70-63 behind Garrett Hicks leading four players in double figures. He finished with 13 points, while EJ Williams added 12. Meanwhile,
Brandon Battle recorded a double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds, while
Kenny Strawbridge added 16.
Battle leads Alabama State, averaging 11.0 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, while Strawbridge averages 9.6 points per game and 7.5 rebounds.
DJ Heath, who scored a combined 37 points in the last games, averages 9.4 points and 2.4 assists per game.
Season tickets are currently on sale for the remainder of the 2021 season by contacting the Alabama State University Ticket Office. Only season ticket holders will be admitted into the venue, and Alabama State is a mask-mandatory campus.
