NEW ORLEANS, La. I The Southwestern Athletic Conference has announced schedule and location adjustments for the 2021 SWAC Men's and Women's Tennis Tournaments, featuring both Hornet tennis teams, currently being held in New Orleans.

The championship matches will be played on Monday, April 19 at the Xavier (XULA) Tennis Center at 10:00 am (Women) and 2 pm (Men).

Top ranked Alabama State punched its ticket to the title match after defeating fourth seeded Alabama A&M (4-0). Jackson State advanced to the championship match after claiming a semifinal tournament win over Prairie View A&M (4-0).

In men's action #1 Alabama State defeated #4 Jackson State (4-0), while #2 Alabama A&M outlasted #3 Alcorn State (4-3) to advance to the men's tournament final.

Monday, April 19 
Women's Championship: #1 Alabama State vs. #2 Jackson State – 10:00 am 
Men's Championship: #1 Alabama State vs. #2 Alabama A&M – 2:00 pm
