BLOOMINGTON, Ind. | Matthew Clarke (Six Roads, Barbados) ran his last race of the season on Friday at the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 200-meters.
The senior finished sixth in his heat of the 200-meters with a time of 21.10 second just behind Tyler Davis of Florida in a time of 21.07 seconds. He finished ahead of Royal Burris of East Carolina in the same heat with a time of 21.27 seconds, finishing 21st overall. He ran in a heat that featured Joseph Fahnbulleh of Florida who ran the only sub-20 second time and Matthew Boling of Georgia.
Meanwhile,
Kyana Evans (Detroit, Mich.) was unable to finish her last race in the 400-meter hurdles on Thursday night.
