JACKSON, Miss. | Alahna DeGruy had a 205 average with 1025 pin falls to earn Sonic Boom Invitational All-Tournament honors last weekend.
 
Freshman Payton Hartgove rolled a 201 average with 1005 total pins to finish fifth overall.
 
Alabama State went 3-3 on the weekend to put Head Coach Andrew Chatmon at 797 career following the tournament. 
 
The Hornets finished second with 8837 pins as Southern claimed the team title with 9335 pins.
 
Florida A&M was third with 9007 pins followed by Grambling State with 7148 pins and host Jackson State with 6811 pins.
