QUOTING COACH LEWIS JACKSON
"This past weekend was epic! "We had former players come in from all across the country both men and women. It was so great seeing everyone at the meet and greet laughing and talking about things that happened years ago. It was very special for me ,because our team was recognized for being the first team ever to win a SWAC championship in 1983 the year ASU went D1. Everyone was so appreciative of our Athletic Director, Dr. Jason Cable and Alabama State University for putting on such an amazing Alumni night , that we are already talking about next year . GO HORNETS!"
