Alabama State will take on Grambling State to open conference play on Friday afternoon, before traveling to Pine Bluff (Ark.) to face UAPB on Sunday afternoon. Alabama State and Grambling State tied in their lone meeting last season (1-1), while the Lady Hornets defeated UAPB (3-0).

- Nine different players have scored goals this season for Grambling State including Sophia Lezizidis and Morgan Johnson with two each.
UAPB Notes
- UAPB split its first two conference games, beating Texas Southern and falling to Prairie View A&M last week.
- The Golden Lions put up 16 goals in its season-opening win over Tougaloo and have scored 37 overall (21 in 11 other matches).
- Thirteen different players have scored goals for UAPB including Iyanah Hicks and Yiselle Bernal with six each.
