MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State University's Quincy Penn was selected the Souhtwestern Athletic Conference's Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Wednesday. 

Pen claimed the meet championship in the 400m timing an NCAA fourth-best time of 53.13 and finished fifth in the 200m dash with a personal record of 23.42.
