BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | Alabama State University's Quincy Penn was named the Southwestern Athletic Conference's Femail Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Wednesday. 

Penn placed fourth in the 400m at the Florida Relays, clocking a personal-record 51.91. Penn was a member frelay team that was the College Meet Champions in the 4x400 with a season-best 3:39.29.
