CARY, N.C. | Alabama State University pitcher Jorhan Laboy has been invited to the USA Collegiate National Team training camp and is scheduled to pitch on Saturday, July 4. 

Laboy earned All-SWAC First-Team and SWAC All-Tournament honors while leading the Hornets to the 2026 SWAC Tournament Championship and an NCAA Tournament bid.

The senior posted nine wins (2nd SWAC), with a 4.25 ERA (7th SWAC), and 67 strikeouts (7th SWAC while tossing 87.1  innings (34d) with a 2.46 (10th SWAC) opposing batting average against. Addtionally, Laboy earned two SWAC Pitcher of the Week honors during the season.
