Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Box Score WOODSTOCK, Ga. – The Alabama State softball team falls to Furman 1-0 and 12-2 to Southeastern Louisiana Friday, March 02 in Woodstock, Ga. at the Georgia Tech Buzz Classic.
 
"We need to bring consistent confidence to fight on every play against every opponent day in and day out," head coach Telma Hall said.
 
Brehanna Rodrigues went 3-for-3 including a double to lead the Lady Hornets (2-13) in the contest. ASU outhit the Paladins 6 to 3 in the loss.    
 
Sosefina Toilolo, Stephanie Hernandez, and Ayesha Famble all added singles in the contest.
 
A two-out single, scored the only run of the game from Furman.
 
Box Score The Lady Hornets collected six hits in the 12-2 loss to Southeastern Louisiana today in game two.
 
Meagan Dixon and Brittnei Price went 2-for-3 on the day for ASU.
 
Sosefina Toilolo recorded her third homerun of the season, while Brehanna Rodrigues added a single in the contest.
 
Alabama State will face Winthrop at 10 a.m. and at noon Kennesaw State day two of the Georgia Tech Buzz Classic.
