MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State returns to action this weekend as they enter the heart of their schedule in Dallas (Texas) at the SWAC Roundup at USA Bowl.

Joining Alabama State in the opening of conference play this weekend will be Prairie View A&M, Alabama A&M, Grambling State, Jackson State, Southern and Texas Southern. The tournament will not follow the format that normally takes place in tournament play, as each day this weekend will be traditional play. The tournament will begin on Friday at 10 am with five traditional matches and resumes Saturday with the same schedule. The final day of the tournament, Sunday, will begin at 9 am and feature four matches.

The schedule will be determined Friday morning as teams draw numbers prior to play beginning.
