MONTGOMERY, Ala. | After a successful weekend that vaulted Alabama State to the top of the conference standings, the Lady Hornets return to action this weekend in Tallahassee (Fla.) at the Rattler Invitational.

Teams that will be at the competition, including Alabama State, are Alabama A&M, Grambling State, Southern, Florida A&M, and Bethune-Cookman College.

The tournament will be comprised of a three-day schedule and lane draws will be determined randomly in the coaches' meeting on Friday morning. The entire tournament will be scratch and will be based on match wins and losses. Teams will compete in five-game Baker matches on Friday, followed by five traditional game matches on Saturday. The teams will then be seeded based on total pins for the racket round on Sunday, which will three Baker best of seven games.
