MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State continues their four-game homestand with a non-conference midweek game against South Alabama on Tuesday night with first pitch scheduled for 6 pm at the Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex.

Alabama State (18-14) leads the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) East Division after sweeping their third home conference series this season. The Hornets are 14-2 in games played at the Wheeler-Watkins Baseball Complex with their only losses coming to UT-Martin and Samford.

  • Alabama State and South Alabama just met last week in Mobile with the Jaguars pulling away for a 10-0 win at Stanky Field in a game that saw the two teams combine to throw 14 pitchers (seven each).
