MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State will play a pair of midweek games this week, their last of the regular season, when they travel to Jacksonville State on Tuesday and host No. 18 Auburn on Wednesday.
Alabama State (18-26) will meet Jacksonville State at 5 pm on Tuesday in the first meeting between the two schools after the first contest was rained out earlier this year in Montgomery. The two teams have met 13 times in school history with Jacksonville State (26-19) winning each meeting including nine played in Jacksonville. The last time the two teams met, Jacksonville State won 9-4 on March 10, 2020, in Jacksonville.
Meanwhile, the Hornets will play host to Auburn (36-10) on Wednesday night at 5 pm inside the Barbara Williams Softball Complex. Tickets are currently on sale at the ASU Ticket Office by calling (334) 229-4551 or visiting
BamaStateSports.com. The two teams met earlier this season with Auburn winning 6-2 in Auburn, and the Tigers have won all 12 meetings between the schools.

- Camryn McLemore leads Jacksonville State at the plate, hitting .407 with a 1.181 OPS. She has collected 35 hits that include seven doubles, a triple, and five home runs while knocking in 17 RBI.
- Lindsey Richardson is hitting .364 with five doubles and a home run, while Megan Fortner is hitting .311 with a team-high 16 doubles and 27 RBI. Karsen Mosley is hitting .308 with nine doubles and four home runs on the season.
