Katie Robinson Recevies LPGA PAT Acceptance Letter

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Alabama State University women's golf Katie Robinson recently won low medalist at the Women In Golf Foundation Collegiate Championship earning an exemption into the Ladies Professional Golf Association PAT. 

Robinson received her official letter from the LPGA which also acknowledged that she also received an exemption for a future EPSON Tour event at a date to be determined. 

"This is a significant accomplishment for any golfer and really great for Hornet golf," Women's Head Golf Coach Quncy Heard said. 

Katie Robinson claimed low medalist honors at the Women's Collegiate Championship at Eagles Landing Country Club a week ago.
 
Robinson shot a 78 in the first round and penciled a final round 81 to finish with a 159. She was two strokes ahead of Chicago State's
