HOW IT HAPPENED | GM 1
- Corey King earned a leadoff walk to start the second and scored on a Jamal George single for a 1-0 ASU lead.
- George doubled with one out and scored on a throwing error in the fourth to give the Hornets a 2-0 lead.
- Alabama State loaded the bases in the fifth but could not scratch a run across to lead at 2-0.
- Florida A&M tied the game 2-2 in the sixth. Sebastian Greico singled in a run and a run scored on a fielding error.
- Corey King reached on an error and scored on a George RBI single to give the Hornets a 3-2 lead in the seventh.
- Jared Weber doubled and scored on a Ty Hanchey sacrifice fly to tie the game 3-3 in the bottom of the seventh.
- Kerrigan Edmondson's RBI single in the top of the 14th gave the Hornets a 4-3 lead.
- Greico hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the 14th for the walk off 5-3 win for the Rattlers.
