MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State returns to the action this afternoon against Eastern Illinois in a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m. at the Barbara Williams Softball Complex.

The game was originally scheduled for 4 p.m. as a single game, however, due to the weather forecast on Friday the game was moved to a doubleheader this afternoon. It is the eighth time the two teams will have met in school history, with Eastern Illinois holding a 6-1 advantage. The Lady Hornets are looking for their first win in the series since 5-0 victory in 2013.
