HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Alabama State cross country team performed well at Southern Showcase.
On the women's side, the Lady Hornets placed 25
th overall out of 49 teams, with each runner earning a personal record.
"Today, I saw glimpses of them understanding what we do in practice transfers into competition," said ASU head cross country and track and field coach
Ritchie Beene. "It was good to see them excited about it."

On the men's side,
Jon Coulter crossed the finish line with a mark of 27:06, which is a personal record.
