D'IBERVILLE, Miss. | The Alabama State women's bowling team rolled its way to a 5-0 mark to take over first place after day one at the SWAC Round Up 2.
 
Alabama State are 14-5 through overall with 17,881 pin falls and a 941.11 average with five bowlers in the top 20. The Lady Hornets had with 4,155 pins falls a 177.4 average on the day.
 
Olivia Miller stands second place with 945 total pins (189.0) and Jenna Knight is eighths with 899 pins (179.4.).
 
Payton Hartgrove is 13^th with 877 pin falls (175.4) followed by Lyric O'Steen in 15^th with 867 pins (173.4) and Nakia Thomas with 847 pins (169.4).
