@BamaStateGolf heads south for Bama Beach Bash

Alabama State has not played since Spring Kickoff Classic

MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State returns to the links for the first time in nearly a month, heading south for the Bama Beach Bash hosted by the University of South Alabama.

The tournament takes place March 22 through March 24 at the Gulf Shores Golf Club in Gulf Shores (Ala.), and will be co-hosted by South Alabama and UAB. The tournament will feature 54-hole stroke play with three 18 hole rounds, beginning with an 8:30 am tee time Friday morning.

The course measures 6,002 yards and will play at a par-72. The front nine measures at 2,950 yards and will feature three par-5s and three par-3s; while the back nine will measure at 3,052 yards and features two par-5s and two par-3s.

The tournament features UAB, Alabama State, Bethune-Cookman, Cincinnati, Henderson State, McNeese State, North Alabama, North Carolina A&T, North Dakota, South Alabama, Spring Hill, Union and West Florida.

The tournament will conclude with the final round on Sunday.
