Alabama State shots a second round 320 in Gulf Shores

GULF SHORES, Ala. | Alabama State fired a second round 320 and finds itself in 14th place heading into the final round of the Bama Beach Bash held at the Gulf Shores Country Club Friday.

They find themselves just one shot behind Eastern Michigan and just 13 shots behind North Alabama in the tournament. ULM took the tournament lead with a second round 291 and sits at 15-over, followed closely by South Alabama at 18-over.

Kei Harris leads Alabama State individually after shooting a second round 82 and is tied for 43rd overall in the tournament. She is followed by Alma Garcia after a second round 76, while Jade Sanders followed her opening round 79 with a second round 82.

Play continues Sunday with the final round.
