PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. | Alabama State finds itself in fourth place following 36 holes of play at the PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship, trailing third place Texas A&M-Kingsville by just three strokes.

Alabama State sits at 86-over (662) after a second round 336, trailing Texas A&M-Kingsville in third place by just three strokes at 83-over (659). Texas A&M-Corpus Christi leads the tournament after firing an opening round 302 to head to the clubhouse at 40-over (616), followed by Delaware State in second at 64-over (640).

Individually, Jade Sanders sits fifth heading into the final round at 16-over (160), just five shots back of third place. Meanwhile, Kei Harris is tied for 10th at 17-over (161). Baipor Khunsri of Delaware State leads the field at 3-over (147).

The tournament continues on Wednesday with hourly updates on the Golf Channel during Golf Today and Golf Central (12 pm – 2 pm EST and 4 pm – 5 pm EST, respectively).

The PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship is a 54-hole, stroke-play Championship consisting of three team division from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs) and other Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs), in addition to two Individual Divisions for minority men and women players who are listed on the roster of their college team or are part of the PGA of America's Golf Management University programs.
