MONTGOMERY, Ala. | Alabama State University baseball will play the first of two contests against outside competition, hosting Pensacola State College at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 20 at 4 p.m. at the Wheeler Watkins Baseball Complex.
The Hornets are in the midst of fall practice in preparation for the 2024 season with fall practices concluding on November 10.Â
Southern Union Community College on Friday, Oct. 27 at 4 p.m. will be the second game against outside competition this fall at the Wheeler Watkins Baseball Complex. Intra-squad scrimmages are Saturday, Sept. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 1 at a times do be determined.Â

Alabama State is coming off the best season in school history, winning 41 games and capturing the SWAC East Division title. The Hornets became just the fifth school in SWAC history and the first ASU Team to win 40 plus games in a season.Â
