Lucia Parada tied for second to help the Alabama State Women's Golf team finish second at the ASU Spring Invitational on Monday at the Arrowhead Country Club.

Kittiyanaruewat 77-75 and Parada finished with an eight-over, 152 to finish in a three-way tied with Evansville Mallory Russell at eight-over, 152.

The University of Evansville won the team title with a 32-over, 608 followed by the Lady Hornets with a 48-over, 624.

Illinois-Chicago (644) was third followed by Southern (654), Texas Southern (655) and Southern Indiana (667). Â Bethune-Cookman (678), Chicago State (681), Tennessee State (682), Delaware State (698), Savannah State (739) and Edward Waters (743) round out the 12-team field.

Evansville's Ekaterina Petrova was the top medalist with a three-over, 147 followed by her teammate Mallory with an eight-over, 152.
