KOHLER, Wis. | Thayika Kittiyanaruewat and
Kierra Williams posted top 10 finishes to lead Alabama State University Women's Golf to a third-place finish at the PGA Works Championship on Wednesday.
Kittiyanaruewat carded a 16-over, 232 (75-78-79) to finished in a three-way tie for fourth place with Briann Briggs (Prairie View) and Emily Mayne (Howard).
Williams tied for eighth shooting a 20-over, 236 (74-81-81), tying with Micaiah Joubert (Prairie View) and Kendall Johnson (Howard).
Lucia Parada placed 21
st with a plus-29, 245 (76-78-91) followed by
Carmen Fletcher in 32
nd with a 257 and
Saika Charles in 40
th with a 273).
Alabama State finished with a plus-105, 969 team-aggregate score to finish third behind tournament champion North Carolina A&T (934) and Howard University (935).
NCA&T's Ekaterina Prokhorova was the top medalist with a 10-over, 226 (71-73-82) followed by teammate Polina Marina with a 13-over (77-68-84).
